Abstract:
A high-resilience ultra-light insole and a preparation method therefor. The insole comprises a fabric layer (1) and a polyurethane layer (2). An upper surface of the fabric layer (1) is a concave-convex strip-shaped structure, comprising strip-shaped protrusions (10) and strip-shaped recesses (11) arranged at intervals in a loop, the strip-shaped protrusions (10) being formed by weaving anti-fouling yarn, the width of a single strip-shaped protrusion (10) being 0.5-1.5 mm, and the total area of the strip-shaped protrusions (10) not exceeding 30% of the area of the fabric layer (1). The strip-shaped recesses (11) are formed by weaving temperature-regulating yarn, and the width of a single strip-shaped recess (11) ranges from 0.8 mm to 2 mm. The polyurethane layer (2) is prepared using a supercritical method, and has a density of 0.03-0.05g/m2. The fabric layer (1) and the polyurethane layer (2) are bonded by means of a dot-shaped adhesive. The insole has a good anti-fouling effect and a good temperature regulating effect, is prepared using a supercritical method, and has low density, light weight and good comfort.
