Abstract:
A high-precision laser minimally invasive functional film, comprising a film body (1). A golden tear tape (2) is provided on the surface of the film body (1); the film body (1) is provided with a cut/cuts (3); the cut/cuts (3) is/are located on one side/two sides of the golden tear tape (2), and one end of the cut (3) extends to the golden tear tape (2). While ensuring the sealing performance of the film package, the surface layer of the film is provided with a cut by means of laser, but not cut through; moreover, except for the cut, no other heat-generated appearance defects such as whitening, yellowing, and curling are caused to the film; in order to solve the problem of placing on a machine for application at a terminal, a code is inkjet printed on the film first and then laser cutting is performed, and the cigarette packaging film provided with a positioning block (2-5) and laser cuts is wound into a roll; thus, the problem of production efficiency in application at the terminal is solved, and the problem that the film is not easy to fall off after the golden tear tape (2) is teared off in special-shaped cigarette packaging is thoroughly solved; on one hand, the cost is not greatly increased, and on the other hand, the original product design concept is guaranteed and no visual impact is caused.
