Abstract:
Provided are a high-fatigue-property fluorosilicone rubber compound, an anti-fatigue agent, and a preparation method therefor, which belong to the technical field of rubber. The high-fatigue-property fluorosilicone rubber compound is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of raw fluorosilicone rubber, 30-90 parts of white carbon black, 0.1-30 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-15 parts of a heat-resistant additive, 0.2-5 parts of a cross-linking agent, and 0.5-10 parts of an anti-fatigue agent. By adding the prepared anti-fatigue agent hydroxybutenyl trifluoropropyl siloxane, the spatial distance of each cross-linking point can be effectively improved, so that a more dispersed cross-linked network is formed, the relative slippage between molecules becomes easy, and then the fatigue resistance frequency of the fluorosilicone rubber is greatly increased.
