Abstract:
A high-elasticity knitted sock setting device, relating to the technical field of sock production devices. The high-elasticity knitted sock setting device comprises: an apparatus shell (1), wherein a rotating cylinder (2) is transversely and rotatably mounted in the apparatus shell (1); an outer side of the rotating cylinder (2) is provided with a plurality of telescopic sock-sleeving molds (4) which are evenly distributed and a plurality of air guide shells (5) which are in communication with the rotating cylinder (2) and are configured for gas diversion; the plurality of sock-sleeving molds (4) are arranged crossing the plurality of air guide shells (5); a connecting cylinder (71) rotatably connected to the rotating cylinder (2) is fixed to one end of the apparatus shell (1) by means of a mounting base a; the connecting cylinder (71) is connected to an external steaming device by means of a gas pipe (72); and the rotating cylinder (2) is internally provided with a gas drive mechanism which is driven by means of high-pressure steam and controls the sock-sleeving molds (4) to extend and retract. By means of the arrangement of the air guide shells (5) and gas guide holes (51), steam can uniformly pass through each sock so as to fully set same, thereby guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of sock setting, and facilitating the mounting or dismounting of socks to or from the sock-sleeving molds (4).
