Abstract:
A high-efficiency mixing reaction kettle for chemical production, comprising: a kettle body (1); a grinding mechanism (2) arranged at a top part of the kettle body (1); an air supply mechanism (3), the air supply mechanism (3) being arranged at a bottom part of the grinding mechanism (2); and a liquid pumping and atomizing mechanism (4) provided in an inner cavity of the kettle body (1). Solid raw material is ground into powder by means of the grinding mechanism (2) so as to fall, and when the solid material falls, it is blown by the air supply mechanism (3), causing the powdered solid raw material float with the air, and finally fall into a liquid raw material at multiple falling points. The liquid at the bottom of the kettle body (1) is pumped out and atomized by means of the liquid pumping and atomizing mechanism (4), and then falls back down. This can effectively stir mixed raw materials, as well as drive floating powdered chemical production raw material to fall.
