Abstract:
The present invention provides a high-dielectric-property dielectric layer and a composite capacitor material comprising same, and particularly discloses a dielectric layer slurry. The dielectric layer slurry is prepared by using the following method: S1) preparing a mixed solution of a first epoxy resin, mixing same with high-dielectric-property filler particles, and removing a solvent in the mixed solution of the first epoxy resin to obtain coated filler particles; and S2) mixing the coated filler particles with a mixed solution of a second epoxy resin until uniform to obtain the dielectric layer slurry. Further disclosed are a dielectric layer prepared from the dielectric layer slurry, a dielectric layer composite material and a composite capacitor material. The composite material provided in the present invention has high dielectric performance and high dielectric strength. By means of a process, the film thickness of the dielectric layer is ensured to be smaller and more uniform. The present invention achieves the preparation of a high-dielectric-property composite material with a dielectric layer thickness smaller than 3 μm, and the high-dielectric-property composite material has good voltage resistance.
