Abstract:
Disclosed is a high anti-vibration gas density relay, comprising a shell, a signal control mechanism arranged inside the shell, and an indication display mechanism relatively independent of the signal control mechanism. The signal control mechanism mainly comprises at least one corrugated pipe, a sealed compensation air chamber, a signal generator and a signal adjustment mechanism. The corrugated pipe is perpendicular to the side wall of the shell. The shell internally comprises a relatively independent sealed cabin for mounting the indication display mechanism, with an anti-vibration oil being filled in the sealed cabin, or a gas being sealed in a sealed cavity. The indication display mechanism mainly comprises a Bourdon tube, a base, an end seat, a machine core, a pointer and a dial. The high anti-vibration gas density relay of the present invention has the advantages of no oil leakage, good anti-vibration performance, high precision, good electrical performance, being thin in appearance and having a long service life.
