Abstract:
Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to a UE, a processor for wireless communication, a network entity, methods, and a computer readable medium for height dependent measurement. The UE receives from a network entity a first parameter indicative of at least one SSB to measure for a first height range and a second parameter indicative of a number of cells for triggering measurement reporting for a second height range. The UE further ignores one of the first parameter and the second parameter conditionally. In this way, the performance of a wireless communication system can be improved as needed for specific scenarios.
