Abstract:
A heating pipeline under-pressure construction device comprises a connecting pipe (1), a first flange (2), a second flange (3), a mounting pipe (4), a gate valve (5) and a hole opener (6), the connecting pipe (1) being welded and fixed onto a heating pipeline (7), the first flange (2) being fixed at one end of the connecting pipe (1), the gate valve (5) being fixed between the first flange (2) and the second flange (3), the second flange (2) being connected to the gate valve (5) and the mounting pipe (4), and the hole opener (6) mating with the mounting pipe (4). The connecting pipe (1) can also be provided with an assembly plate (8); the length of the hole opener (6) is greater than the sum of the lengths of the connecting pipe (1), the first flange (2), the second flange (3) and the mounting pipe (4); and the diameter of the connecting pipe (1) is equal to the diameter of the heating pipeline (7). The hole opener (6) is used to form a hole in the heating pipeline (7), the gate valve (5) is closed after the hole opener (6) is removed, and the mounting pipe (4) is sealed, or the mounting pipe (4) is connected to a new heating pipeline (7). This type of pipeline under-pressure construction device can decrease the risk of under-pressure construction, reduce hot water discharge, and improve pipe connecting efficiency.
