Abstract:
A heated cooking device (HC) comprises a burner (3) in which a plurality of flame holes (32) are provided in a tubular burner main body (31), spaced apart in a longitudinal direction of the burner main body, an infrared radiating member (4) which is disposed facing the burner main body, spaced apart therefrom in a direction of gas ejection from the flame holes, is elongated in the longitudinal direction of the burner main body, and radiates infrared radiation by being heated, and a thermocouple (6) for detecting a flame generated when a fuel gas is supplied to the burner and the fuel gas ejected from the flame holes is burnt, thereby making it possible for a hydrogen flame to be reliably detected, without compromising yield strength, even if the burner uses hydrogen gas as the fuel gas and the hydrogen gas ejected from the flame holes is subjected to diffusion combustion. The thermocouple is disposed such that a temperature measuring contact point portion (61) thereof is located on a plane obtained by projecting in the longitudinal direction of the burner main body a shortest line (SI) joining a peripheral edge of the flame holes and one edge, in a width direction, of the infrared radiation radiating member.
