Disclosed in the present utility model are a heat-insulating and anti-scald handle and cookware having the heat-insulating and anti-scald handle. The heat-insulating and anti-scald handle comprises a connecting portion, a heat-insulating portion and a holding portion, wherein the connecting portion is used to connect a cookware body; the heat-insulating portion is made of a heat-insulating material, and same separates the connecting portion and the holding portion and connects the two for heat insulation; and the holding portion is used for holding. The heat-insulating and anti-scald handle is mounted on a cookware body and is used in cooperation with same. According to the present solution, the handle is configured to be of a three-section type, wherein the heat-insulating portion made of the heat-insulating material in the middle insulates against heat from the connecting portion that is connected to a cookware body, and thus it is ensured that the temperature of the holding portion is close to room temperature, thereby achieving the function of heat insulation and anti-scalding. In addition, the structure of joints is improved in the present application, and a plurality of force bearing points are added, such that the bearing capacity of the handle can be effectively improved.
