Disclosed in the present invention is a hanging vacuum compression bag with a front opening, the hanging vacuum compression bag comprising a bag body, which has an inner cavity that is sealed, wherein an exhaust valve is provided on the bag body, and an opening in a vertical direction is provided on the front face of the bag body; the opening is provided with a sealing zipper for opening or sealing the opening; a suspension assembly, which is used for hanging the compression bag and carrying a clothes hanger, is provided on the top of the bag body; and an upper end of the opening is close to the suspension assembly. Further disclosed in the present invention is a process for manufacturing the hanging vacuum compression bag with a front opening. The hanging vacuum compression bag with a front opening of the present invention has the advantages of a simple structure, low cost and ease of use. The manufacturing process of the present invention has the advantages of a fast production speed and low cost.
