Abstract:
The present invention provides a hands-on detection device and a computer program with which an improvement in the speed of determining hands-on or hands-off and an improvement in the accuracy of the determination can be attained at the same time. Provided is a hands-on detection ECU that runs a current to a sensor electrode provided in a rim to perform hands-on detection with respect to the rim, in which the hands-on detection is performed using two modes with different currents for the hands-on detection.
