Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a hand washing apparatus using high-pressure water, the hand washing apparatus comprising: a cleaning drum having a certain inner space formed therein; a first spray unit which is connected to the cleaning drum and sprays cleaning water to the inside of the cleaning drum; a water tank which is connected to the first spray unit and stores certain cleaning water; a second spray unit which is connected to the cleaning drum and sprays cleaning water to the inside of the cleaning drum; a cleaning agent tank which is connected to the second spray unit and stores a certain cleaning agent; a casing configured to accommodate the cleaning drum, the water tank, and the cleaning agent tank; a hand insertion port formed, above the cleaning drum, on one side of the casing; an air blowing unit for spraying air from the inner circumferential surface of the hand insertion port toward the center of the hand insertion port; a control unit for transmitting control signals to the first spray unit, the second spray unit, and the air blowing unit; and an operation means for transmitting an operation signal to the control unit. When the operation means is operated, the hand washing apparatus is controlled according to: a water spraying step of operating a first spray unit to spray high-pressure water for a certain period of time; a cleaning agent spraying step of operating a second spray unit to spray a cleaning agent for a certain period of time after the water spraying step, when it is determined that user's hands are not detected inside the cleaning drum; and an air spraying step of operating an air blowing unit to spray air after the water spraying step, and thus the hands are cleaned only by the washing in the water spraying step.
