Abstract:
The present invention relates to a halogen-free flame retardant H-class slot insulating material for nuclear power or a transformer, comprising a first polyimide film layer, a first mixed glue layer, a second mixed glue layer, a first woven glass cloth, a second woven glass cloth, a first B-grade flame retardant glue layer and a second B-grade flame retardant glue layer, wherein the first B-grade flame retardant glue layer and the second B-grade flame retardant glue layer are formed by a B-grade flame retardant glue, and the raw materials of the B-grade flame retardant glue respectively comprise a halogen-free flame retardant epoxy resin and an epoxy resin curing agent with a feeding mass ratio of 10-15 : 1, wherein the halogen-free flame retardant epoxy resin comprises a self-flame-retardant liquid epoxy resin and a self-flame-retardant solid epoxy resin at a feeding mass ratio of 0.5-2 : 1, or the raw materials of the B-grade flame retardant glue respectively comprise a liquid epoxy resin, a solid epoxy resin and a halogen-free flame retardant with a feeding mass ratio of 0.4-2 : 0.4-2 : 1. The insulating material of the application does not easily absorb moisture and has a good insulating effect, and the temperature resistance grade can reach a H grade.
