Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hacksaw blade mounting tool having a clamp adjustment means, wherein the hacksaw blade mounting tool can prevent a hacksaw blade from being damaged or separated from the tool due to the hacksaw blade elongating or a mounting part of the hacksaw blade loosening, which are caused by mounting and using hacksaw blades of various standard lengths, and makes it possible to stably use the hacksaw blade by frequently fine-tuning the tension of the hacksaw blade. The hacksaw blade mounting tool comprises: a body unit having a handle and supporting one side of the hacksaw blade; a tension adjustment unit that adjusts the tension of the hacksaw blade while supporting the other side of the hacksaw blade; and a length-adjustable connecting rod of which one side is coupled to the body unit and the other side is coupled to the tension adjustment unit, and which is installed to adjust the length of the hacksaw blade to standardized lengths. The tension adjustment unit includes: a connection bracket into which the length-adjustable connecting rod is inserted from the one side; a shaking support, one side of which is connected to and supports the other end of the hacksaw blade, and the middle region of the body of which is connected by a link structure to the other side of the connection bracket; and an operating clamp which is coupled and installed to one side of the connection bracket, hooked onto the upper side of the shaking support, and fastens the connection bracket and the shaking support. The operating clamp includes: a fixing plate bolted to the upper end of the connection bracket; a hinge connection part which is formed so as to be movable from the fixing plate and in which the operating clamp is axially coupled; a tension adjustment part, which is hinge-coupled to the hinge connection part, for adjusting the tension of the operating clamp via screw tightening; a pair of left and right tension adjustment screws that are connected to the fixing plate through the left and right side thereof and screw-coupled to the tension adjustment part; a clamp operating part which is hinge-coupled to the hinge connection part and rotates; and a rotating ring, which is hinge-coupled on the left and right sides to the clamp operating part, for hooking onto the upper side of the shaking support.
