Abstract:
The present invention provides a guide mechanism for automatic wire threading of a wire cutting machine. The problem in existing wire cutting processes that a wire feeding failure is caused when water flow is not uniform because the internal structure of a machine head is abraded due to a greater number of impurities in the water flow is solved. According to the present invention, a driving device directly drives a wire guide pipe to penetrate through an upper machine head and a workpiece and then align the wire guide pipe to a lower machine head, such that a wire in the wire guide pipe is directly fed into the lower machine head, thereby greatly improving the wire feeding accuracy, and effectively reducing the number of wire feeding failures.
