Said invention cannot be placed within the pan and the frying condition of the product cannot be seen clearly from the gaps on the metal plate. It is appropriate for specially designed frying containers and the filtering of the frying oil cannot be maintained at the required level also.

Another application numbered TR2016/01240 is titled as “multipurpose frying pan”. The invention discloses a frying pan which comprises a lower pan and an upper pan closed onto each other which eliminate damage to the foods such as meat, fish, chicken etc. during turning the foods and cook each surfaces of the products in an equal manner. In said configuration, the lower and upper pans can be locked to each other or can be cleaned by means of separating from each other. However, the invention is not appropriate for placing in a pan and also it does not enable the products to be turned during the frying process.

Also in the application numbered EP0300306A2 titled as “A frier convertible in a horizontal axis”; is related to a frying structure with a cover and a containment chamber which can be rotated 360 degrees in a horizontal axis, have a cylindrical structure with mesh wire and has joint points for lower and upper circles in order to fry the products within an oil chamber in a homogenous manner. The usage of said invention is not appropriate for traditional frying pan, pot and similar materials. There is additional equipment and cooking bench for using said cylinder frier. Its usage is problematic due to the fact that it is not appropriate for daily usage in addition to its additional cost.

As a result, due to the above mentioned disadvantages and the insufficiency of the current solutions, making a development in the relevant technical field is required.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the inventive grill structure for frying is described only for clarifying the subject matter in a manner such that it does not create a limiting effect.

All elements of the inventive grill structure for frying is shown in Figure I .The grill structure for frying comprises a lower ring (1), a handle (2), an upper ring (3), a clamp (4), a clamp slot (5), a motion channel (6), mesh wire (7) and a separating element (8).

As it can be seen from Figure 2, the lower ring (1) is surrounded with the mesh wire (7). The lower ring (1) is the lower base of the grill structure for frying which will be located within the pan, comprising the mesh wire (7) and designed as a circle with its outer walls. The mesh wire (7) forms the structure of both the lower ring (1) and the upper ring (3), defines galvanized wires having spacious structure to enable observing the product to be fried and filtering the oil. There is motion channel (6) on the lower ring (1). The motion channel (6) defines the channel which enable the motion of the handle (2) with 180 degrees in a vertical axis (x axis). The handle (2) is engaged to the lower ring (1) by means of the separating element (8). As a result of compressing the separating element (8) from two sides, its recession in the engagement area on the lower ring (1) comes out and separate. There are gaps on the lower ring (1) on which the recessed structure of the separating element (8) can be inserted.

The handle (2) placed on the lower ring (1) has a structure which enables the fried surface to be turned during the frying process and can be able to move in a vertical axis by means of the motion channel (6). Similarly handle (2) can be used without a grip by means of the separating element (8) after handle (2) is separated from the lower ring (1). Another element engaged on the lower ring (1) is the clamp (4). The clamp (4) is a metal protrusion which is located on the lower ring (1) and connects the lower ring (1) and the upper ring (3) to each other. When the clamp (4) is engaged on the lower ring (1), the clamp slot (5) where the clamp (4) is connected on the upper ring (3), is positioned on the upper ring (3). The clamp (4) is fitted in the clamp slot (5) positioned on the upper ring (3) and thus the lower ring (1) and the upper ring (3) are connected to each other. In Figure 3, the alignment of the lower ring (1) and the upper ring (3) on each other is shown. Said elements which are aligned on each other are locked to each other while the clamp (4) is fitted in the clamp slot (5) and they took the form shown in Figure 4.

When the invention is used, first of all the separating element (8) is provided to be inserted in the motion channel (6) which is located on the lower ring (1) and is engaged with the separating element (8) and the handle (2), by means of pressing from two sides and its connection with the lower ring (1) is enabled. Said operation is made preferably. The lower ring (1) can be used without mounting the separating element (8) and the handle (2).

Preferably, after the handle (2) and the separating element (8) is engaged with the lower ring (1), the products to be fried are placed on the mesh wire (7) which composes the lower ring (1 ) and the upper ring (1). The lower ring (1) is compressed with the upper ring (3) by means of the clamp (4). The clamp (4) is locked with the clamp slot (5) located on the lower ring (1) and the food products to be fried are positioned between two mesh wires (7) and the frying process is initiated by means of placing this within the oil in the pan. When it is required to turn the food product whose one side is fried, the surface to be fried is turned with a 90 degrees vertical angle in a vertical axis by means of the motion channel (6) engaged on the handle (2).
