The present invention relates to a graft modified polymer and a preparation method therefor, the graft modified polymer comprising: a main chain part including a first repeating unit obtained from vinylidene fluoride or a derivative thereof and a second repeating unit obtained from a monomer represented by chemical formula 1 or a derivative thereof; and a side chain part linked to an X or Y position in the second repeating unit of the main chain part and including: a cationic third repeating unit obtained from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer including a cationic group within the molecule or a derivative thereof; and a zwitterionic fourth repeating unit obtained from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer including a cationic group and an anionic group within the molecule, or a derivative thereof. (wherein, in chemical formula 1, X and Y are each a hydrogen atom or any one halogen atom selected from the group consisting of -F, -Cl, and -Br, wherein X and Y are different from each other.)
