Abstract:
A preparation method for a gradient nano-structure metal material, comprising the following steps: providing n original metal materials, carrying out different passes of pressing treatment on the original metal materials by means of an equal channel angular pressing process to obtain n metal materials with different grain sizes; cutting the n metal materials respectively by means of a linear cutting process, and carrying out impurity removal treatment to obtain n metal material sheets with different grain sizes; and sequentially stacking the original metal material sheets, coarse grain metal material sheets and the n metal material sheets according to the grain sizes, and sequentially carrying out stacking rolling treatment by means of an accumulation stacking rolling welding process to obtain the gradient nano-structure metal material. According to the gradient nano-structure metal material, the metal material sheets which are sequentially stacked and have different grain sizes are arranged from the surface to the core. The preparation method for the gradient nano-structure metal material is simple, convenient and high in flexibility, and the obtained gradient nano-structure metal material has high material strength and toughness.
