Abstract:
Provided are a glucosamine salt produced by means of an enzymatic method, and a purification method therefor. According to the enzymatic method, N-acetylglucosamine is taken as a raw material and is subjected to deacetylase hydrolysis to obtain glucosamine and acetic acid; and then same are separated by means of eluting a cation exchange column with an acid solution to obtain glucosamine salt; moreover, a by-product, i.e. sodium acetate, is obtained by means of anion exchange recovery. The obtained glucosamine salt is concentrated, crystallized, de-colored and dried to obtain a high-purity glucosamine salt crystal. By means of combining a cyclic utilization process of enzymes, a cyclic recovery process of residual substrates and a recovery process of acetic acid, the enzymes are cyclically utilized, such that the residual substrates are sufficiently converted and resource utilization of the acetic acid is realized, while the conversion rate of N-acetylglucosamine and the total yield of glucosamine salt products are increased; furthermore, by means of operation conditions at room temperature, the loss rate of resin is low and the output of hydrochloric acid waste liquid is very little, thereby realizing the economic benefits of energy conservation and consumption reduction and the effects of being environmentally friendly and safe.
