Title:
GENERAL-PURPOSE LEAKAGE DETECTION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/255440
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A conventional ground fault direction relay device that determines a ground fault direction of its own line and performs a leakage alarm operation for the purpose of preventing an unnecessary movement (received movement) has a problem in that in a case of a setting to a high-sensitive sensitivity current, even when a zero-phase current exceeds a sensitivity current set value, the phenomenon of "voltage waiting non-operation" occurs in which an operation is not performed due to an insufficient zero-phase voltage. In addition, a zero-phase voltage is zero or very small and thus cannot be used in a directly grounded electric circuit. The present invention is a method for determining the phase of a zero-phase current detected by a zero-phase current transformer with reference to the zero-phase voltage of a monitored electric circuit, and when the result is a received phase (other line ground fault direction) current that runs backward from the load side L to the power supply side K, completing suppression processing of the leakage alarm output at a time earlier than the leakage alarm output time, and provides a general-purpose leakage detection device that prevents the received operation without interfering with the leakage detection operation in the high-sensitivity operation area, and can be commonly used from a directly grounded electric circuit to a non-grounded electric circuit.
