Abstract:
A gear shaping device for a large internal gear. The gear shaping device comprises an annular inner core (1), an expansion sleeve (2), a cone outer sleeve (3) and a base (4), which are coaxially arranged, wherein the annular inner core (1) and the cone outer sleeve (3) are arranged on the base (4); the expansion sleeve (2) is located between the annular inner core (1) and the cone outer sleeve (3); a conical surface matching an outer side of the expansion sleeve (2) is arranged on an inner side of an upper end of the cone outer sleeve (3); the large internal gear (5) is arranged on the annular inner core (1), and an outer circle of the large internal gear is tightly held by the expansion sleeve (2); and the expansion sleeve (2) is driven by a pull rod (6) to vertically move, so as to tightly hold or loosen the large internal gear (5). By means of the gear shaping device for a large internal gear, the time for correcting products is saved, such that the working efficiency is improved.
