Abstract:
A gear self-cleaning system suitable for polar ice and snow conditions. The system comprises a gear (1), a gas pipeline (7), an air pump (8) and a PLC (10). One or two end faces of the gear (1) are provided with an annular deep groove (2) which takes a gear center as a circle center; a tooth of the gear (1) is provided with an air hole (4), and the interior of the air hole (4) is in communication with the annular deep groove (2); the annular deep groove (2) is provided with a cover plate (5) that matches the specifications of the annular deep groove (2); a through hole (6) is formed in the cover plate (5); one end of the gas pipeline (7) penetrates the through hole (6) and extends into the annular deep groove (2), and the other end of the gas pipeline is connected to an output end of the air pump (8); and the PLC (10) is connected to and controls the air pump (8).
