Abstract:
A gauge frame of an all-rail type rail abrasion measurement gauge, a measurement gauge and a use method. The bottom of a gauge body measuring claw (1-1) of the measurement gauge is provided with a backward gauge body measuring head (1-2), and a gauge body graduated scale (1-3) is engraved on a gauge body (1). A measuring block reading scale (3-2) is engraved on a measuring block (3), and the measuring block (3) is slidably mounted on the gauge body measuring claw (1-1). The vertical positioning surface of a right-angle positioning clamping head (3-3) of the measuring block (3) is flush with the measuring surface of the gauge body measuring head (1-2), and the horizontal positioning surface (3-1) of the right-angle positioning clamping head (3-3) is perpendicular to the measuring surface of the gauge body measuring head (1-2). When the distance between the gauge body measuring head (1-2) and a gauge frame measuring head (2-2) is zero, 0 scale of a gauge frame reading scale (2-4) is aligned with 0 scale of the gauge body graduated scale (1-3). The measurement gauge further comprises sliding blocks (5) and a vertical measuring rod (6). When 0 scale of a measuring rod graduated scale (6-1) is aligned with 0 scale of a sliding block reading scale (5-1), the upper measuring surface of a gauge frame top measuring head (7), the top measuring surface of the vertical measuring rod (6) and the upper measuring surface of a gauge body tail pressing plate (8) are flush. The measurement gauge can detect the abrasion of both rails and frogs, and various types of abrasion testers do not need to be corrected any more by means of various standard checking fixtures. The measurement gauge is economical, practical, simple in structure and flexible to adjust.
