Abstract:
Provided are a fuse having a durable blowout portion, and a method for manufacturing the fuse. A fuse 500 comprises a fuse element 100 that is provided with a blowout portion 120, and a casing 200 that houses the blowout portion 120, and is characterized in that the blowout portion 120 is covered with a solid-state arc-extinguishing material 140 secured to the blowout portion 120, and a housing space 220 between the solid-state arc-extinguishing material 140 and the casing 200 is filled with a granular arc-extinguishing material 510.
