Abstract:
The present invention provides a functional food production device for meat of yellow pond turtles. The functional food production device comprises: a deboning barrel, the bottom of the deboning barrel being provided with a deboning hole, the surface of the deboning barrel is provided with a discharging port at 90 degrees, the top of the deboning barrel being provided with a feeding hole, and a mounting frame being arranged over the deboning barrel. A deboning mechanism is mounted on the mounting frame, and comprises a telescopic cylinder, one end of an output shaft of the telescopic cylinder being fixedly connected to a connecting rod. In the functional food production device for meat of yellow pond turtles provided in the present invention, a telescopic rod is provided to drive a pushing rod to cooperate with the deboning hole, thus being capable of more quickly deboning limbs to be deboned of a yellow pond turtle; a discharging mechanism is provided so as to automatically discharge deboned turtle meat via the discharging hole, thus realizing more convenient discharging; and in addition, by means of a cutter, a part, which is not completely disconnected from turtle meat, of an upper end portion of a bone can be cut, thus improving deboning quality and facilitating discharging.
