Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully staged steel trestle, which is used to put in communication hydraulic structures of a port, and comprises a steel pipe pile foundation, lower beams, Bailey beams, upper beams, a bridge deck, upper longitudinal beams and lower longitudinal beams, a pair of upper longitudinal beams and a pair of lower longitudinal beams together extending along an extension direction of which the steel trestle. A construction method for a fully staged steel trestle comprises the following steps: S1, a guide bracket is connected to a front end of a working platform by means of an upper longitudinal beam and a lower longitudinal beam; S2, moving the guide bracket to a predetermined position for a section to be installed, a crawler crane hoisting a steel pipe pile for positioning by means of the guide bracket, and then sinking and affixing the steel pipe pile; S3, cutting off excess length of the steel pipe pile, controlling a distance between a pair of guide frames to extend to a minimum distance, and separating the guide bracket from the steel pipe pile by means of sliding; S4, repeating S2-S3, to complete construction of remaining sections. The present invention has the beneficial effects of a steel trestle and a guide bracket being configured to have a sliding connection, a weakened disassembly and assembly process of the guide bracket, and increased construction efficiency.
