Abstract:
A fully automatic welding apparatus for a steel barrel. The apparatus comprises a welding mechanism (3), and a roll, which has a first end (03) to be welded, and a second end (04) to be welded, wherein the welding mechanism comprises a positioning mechanism (31). The positioning mechanism comprises: a base and a pressing plate assembly to form a space for accommodating the first end and the second end, and in different operating states of the pressing plate assembly, positioning the first end and the second end to correspond to a first station, a second station and a third station; and a holding mechanism (313), which fits with the roll and triggers relative movements of the first end and the second end. The pressing plate assembly comprises a first pressing part and a second pressing part, which respectively correspond to the first end and the second end. The fully automatic welding apparatus for a steel barrel provides high-precision alignment, has a high production efficiency, has a simple structure, and improves the overall product quality of the steel barrel.
