Abstract:
A fully-automatic rain stopper penetrating apparatus for an electric wire. The fully-automatic rain stopper penetrating apparatus comprises a discharging machine (1) and at least one rain stopper penetrating device (2), wherein the discharging machine (1) is configured for arranging rain stopper raw materials and sequentially conveying same to a preset storage tray device (4) around which a storage tube (3) is wound, and the rain stopper penetrating device (2) is configured for obtaining rain stoppers from the storage tube (3) of the storage tray device (4), expanding inner holes of the rain stoppers and conveying the rain stoppers to a preset penetrating station to wait for a stripped electric wire to penetrate. The storage tray device is used and serves the function of transferring and temporarily storing the rain stoppers, and can continuously convey the rain stoppers to rain stopper penetrating devices matching each other and mounted on a plurality of integrated electric wire plugging apparatuses simultaneously, such that the operating efficiency can be greatly improved; and one discharging station corresponds to the plurality of rain stopper penetrating devices, such that a one-to-one correspondence between a conventional discharging station and a single group of electric wire rain stopper penetrating devices is broken, and the number of discharging machines purchased by a wire harness manufacturer can be reduced to save on costs. The present invention further relates to a fully-automatic rain stopper penetrating process for an electric wire.
