Abstract:
Provided is a fully automatic integrated high-throughput digital nucleic acid detection system, which comprises high-throughput amplification chips (5); a liftable amplification module (1), which comprises a temperature control sub-module (10) and a first liftable sub-module (11); a sample injection control and microdroplet signal acquisition integrated module (2), which comprises a sample injection control sub-module (20), a microdroplet signal acquisition sub-module (21), and a second liftable sub-module (22); a gas-liquid module (3); and an optical detection module (4). The nucleic acid detection system integrates microdroplet generation, microdroplet amplification, and microdroplet detection, such that the nucleic acid detection system can realize full-automatic high-throughput digital nucleic acid detection, can effectively improve the detection efficiency, and has a very good market application prospect. By providing the liftable amplification module (1), small displacement lifting and lowering can be conveniently carried out to meet the compressing requirement of the high-throughput amplification chips (5) and a pressing plate (106) in the working process, and the height of an instrument is greatly reduced. Each of the high-throughput amplification chips (5) can carry out amplification independently, thereby facilitating expanding the throughput.
