Abstract:
Disclosed is fully automatic fabric printing and dyeing equipment, comprising a printing and dyeing housing. A conveying box is fixed at the top end of the left lateral surface of the printing and dyeing housing. A motor is provided on the left lateral surface of the conveying box. A rotating shaft of the motor runs through the conveying box and is provided at the distal end with a conveying roller. A connecting shaft is slidably connected within the cavity of the conveying box below the conveying roller. A cleaning roller is sleeved on the surface of the connecting shaft. The cleaning roller is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft and tightly affixed to the conveying roller. Push rods are fixed at both ends of the connecting rod. Springs are fixed between the push rods and the conveying box. The present invention, by providing a dust-removing conveying mechanism, allows the equipment to remove dust and fluff from the surface of a fabric while conveying same, thus preventing dust on the surface of the fabric from contaminating a dye in the printing and dyeing housing, and also allows the fabric to be clamped tightly while conveying same, thus preventing wrinkles from occurring and affecting printing and dyeing effects.
