Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a frying basket assembly. The frying basket assembly comprises a frying basket and a base, wherein the frying basket is used for accommodating an object to be fried; and the base is connected to the bottom of the frying basket, and the base is used for increasing the weight and volume of the frying basket assembly, so that an oil surface can rise after the frying basket and the base are put into a frying pressure cooker. When the amount of objects to be fried for frying at a time reduces, the overall weight and volume of the frying basket assembly can increase by means of the base, and after the volume of the frying basket assembly increases, the height of an oil surface in the cooker can increase, and thus the volume of a steam space in the cooker correspondingly reduces, such that the taste and color of fried food can be ensured.
