Abstract:
A front double-wheel leaning vehicle 1 comprises a handle deformation mechanism 100 and a vehicle occupying space deformation suppression mechanism 130. The handle deformation mechanism 100 deforms a steering shaft 652 between a vehicle used state, in which the front double-wheel leaning vehicle 1 is used, and a vehicle unused state, in which the front double-wheel leaning vehicle 1 is not used, such that the projected area of the space occupied by the front double-wheel leaning vehicle 1 as viewed in a prescribed direction in the vehicle unused state is smaller than the projected area of the occupied space as viewed in said direction in the vehicle used state. In the vehicle unused state, the vehicle occupying space deformation suppression mechanism 130 suppresses deformation of the space occupied by the front double-wheel leaning vehicle 1, by restricting inclination of a vehicle body frame 21 to the right and left that is achieved with a link mechanism 5.
