Abstract:
A frit and a preparation method therefor, a conductive paste, a preparation method for a conductive paste, and a solar cell. The frit comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 30-50% of lead oxide, 15-30% of boron oxide, 20-30% of silicon dioxide, 1-10% of aluminum oxide, 0.5-5% of zinc oxide, 0-7% of nickel oxide or/and germanium oxide and 10-20% of a cobalt-containing compound. The cobalt-containing compound introduced into the frit can provide good static conductivity and collect micro-current of active substances, such that the contact resistance is greatly reduced, and the adhesive ability of the frit can be improved; in addition, the cobalt-containing compound is used in cooperation with germanium oxide and nickel oxide to prepare a glass powder, such that the contact resistance can be synergistically reduced in the system, the photoelectric conversion efficiency is improved, the use amount of the frit is reduced, and the open-circuit voltage of the cell is improved.
