Abstract:
A freshness preservation method for fresh Tremella fuciformis suitable for cold-chain circulation. The method comprises pre-treatment of fresh Tremella fuciformis: selecting fresh Tremella fuciformis that is free from mold, rot, diseases and pests and has a water content of ≤90% to perform the subsequent cold-chain circulation; pre-cooling: placing the pre-treated fresh Tremella fuciformis in cold storage at 1-3°C to pre-cool same, or pre-cooling the pre-treated fresh Tremella fuciformis in a vacuum; packaging, wherein the temperature of the packaging operation room for fresh Tremella fuciformis is ≤18°C, and the time from entering the packaging operation room to the completion of the packaging for fresh Tremella fuciformis is not more than 1 h; storage: immediately storing the packaged fresh Tremella fuciformis, wherein the storage temperature is controlled to 1-3°C, and performing cold-chain transportation on the fresh Tremella fuciform within 24 h; and cold-chain transportation: transporting the fresh Tremella fuciformis by means of using a refrigerator truck or adding ice packs. The method is simple and practical, has strong-operability, and can effectively control the production of bongkrekic acid toxins, thereby ensuring the quality and safety of fresh Tremella fuciformis.
