Abstract:
A freezing apparatus according to the present disclosure cools a refrigerant by heat exchange between the refrigerant and water. In this freezing apparatus, a low-stage compression mechanism, an intercooler that cools the refrigerant discharged from the low-stage compression mechanism, a high-stage compression mechanism that sucks the refrigerant that has passed through the intercooler, and a gas cooler that cools the refrigerant discharged from the high-stage compression mechanism are connected by refrigerant piping, and a water supply means, the intercooler, the gas cooler, an external radiator, a hot-water supply means, and a water delivery mechanism are connected by water piping. This freezing apparatus is provided with a first flow adjustment mechanism that adjusts the flow rate of water flowing into the hot-water supply means and the external radiator after passing through the gas cooler.
