Abstract:
Provided in the present utility model are a frame heat dissipation structure, and a power battery module having same. The frame heat dissipation structure comprises end vapor chambers, bottom vapor chambers, and a plurality of inter-battery-cell vapor chambers, and the frame heat dissipation structure is arranged around a battery module. The end vapor chambers and the bottom vapor chambers are respectively in contact with the end parts and the bottom part of the battery module to transfer heat. The inter-battery-cell vapor chambers are arranged in parallel on the bottom vapor chambers. A partition recess for containing a battery cell is formed between every two adjacent inter-battery-cell vapor chambers, and each inter-battery-cell vapor chamber is used for making contact with the battery cells on the two sides for heat transfer. By means of the plurality of provided vapor chambers, the present utility model can significantly ameliorate the situation of serious heat generation and uneven temperature distribution inside the power battery module, and can transfer the heat to the outside of a casing from the interior of the battery module at multiple levels with high efficiency, thereby achieving highly efficient thermal control of the battery modules.
