Abstract:
A fracturing apparatus and an activation method therefor, and a fracturing apparatus set. The fracturing apparatus (100) comprises a fracturing pump (110), an electric motor (120), and an activation device (130), wherein the fracturing pump (110) is configured to pressurize a low-pressure fluid into a high-pressure fluid; the electric motor (120) comprises a first winding (121) and a second winding (122); and the activation device (130) comprises a first switch (131) and a second switch (132). The impedance of the first winding (121) is greater than that of the second winding (122), one end of the first switch (131) is connected to the first winding (121), the other end of the first switch (131) is connected to a power supply facility (200), one end of the second switch (132) is connected to the second winding (121), and the other end of the second switch (132) is connected to the power supply facility (200). According to the fracturing apparatus, when the electric motor is activated, the first switch is closed, and an activation current is reduced by using the first winding with a higher impedance; and after the electric motor is successfully activated, the second switch is closed, and the second winding is connected, so as to perform a normal operation. Therefore, the fracturing apparatus can reduce the activation current of the electric motor and avoid the impact, on the power supply facility, caused by the activation current of the electric motor.
