Abstract:
[Problem] To eliminate the problem where, if constructing a form in accordance with a shape having three-dimensional recesses/protrusions for placing concrete, the only option is to process wood on-site, and the form processed in such a manner cannot be reused or reapplied. [Solution] This form module comprises a form block K having at least one surface of a cube as a form surface, and connecting surfaces formed on adjacent surfaces orthogonal to the form surface. [Effect] The connecting surfaces can be three-dimensionally coupled, and a form for placing concrete having a comparatively complex shape having three-dimensional recesses/protrusions can be constructed. Additionally, the form can be assembled in advance at a factory and conveyed, and when the form is removed, the form can be carried back to the factory again as-is or in a disassembled manner, and reused/reapplied.
