Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a footwear item that, in comparison to conventional footwear items, makes it possible to effectively allow the wearer to perceive stimulation to an insomnia pressure point. A footwear item 100 according to the present invention is a wearable item for covering at least a foot of a human and comprises a heel covering part 120 and a protruding part 125. There is at least one protruding part. The protruding part protrudes inwardly and/or outwardly at the heel covering part. The protruding part has an angle CN. The protruding part preferably has a polygonal shape and more preferably has a cross-like shape in a planar view.
