A foot massage mechanism, comprising a kneading and knocking plate (1), a kneading and knocking shaft assembly (2), a kneading and knocking rotation shaft assembly (3), tension springs (4), an electric motor assembly (5), a bottom cover (6) and a transmission belt (7), wherein rotation of an electric motor shaft is converted into rotation of a kneading and knocking rotation shaft (21) by means of transmission of the transmission belt (7); the kneading and knocking rotation shaft (21) is provided with a kneading and knocking eccentric block (22), a kneading and knocking bearing (23) and a kneading and knocking bearing sleeve (24); and the kneading and knocking bearing sleeve (24) is connected to the kneading and knocking plate (1) by means of a ball head, and then cooperates with a kneading and knocking rotation shaft member (31) in the middle of the kneading and knocking plate (1), so that the kneading and knocking plate (1) can perform kneading and knocking actions under the rotation of the kneading and knocking rotation shaft (21) to provide kneading and knocking massage for heel areas of feet, thereby significantly increasing the massage area, and providing more prominent comfort.
