Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a food processing apparatus, having a proximal side and a distal side that are opposite each other in a first direction (a-a), and a first side and a second side that are opposite to each other in a second direction (b-b). The proximal side is a user operation side. The first direction (a-a) is perpendicular to the second direction (b-b). The food processing apparatus comprises: a main body, comprising a base; a first pot body that can be taken away from or placed on the base; and a machine head rotatably arranged on the main body. The machine head is provided with a heating opening; the machine head comprises a machine head housing; the machine head is rotatable, so as to be switched between a first working position and a second working position; when the machine head is located at the first working position, the heating opening of the machine head is located at the bottom side, for butt joint with an opening of the first pot body; when the machine head is located at the second working position, the heating opening of the machine head is located at the top side; the axis of rotation of the machine head extends in the second direction (b-b); and the distance between the axis of rotation and a proximal side of the machine head is greater than zero, and the distance between the axis of rotation and a distal side of the machine head is greater than zero.
