Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is food discharging equipment for a food cutter for an automatic industrial kitchen, comprising: a food cutter body, an anti-blocking mechanism, and a driving mechanism. An unloading pipe is connected to the food cutter body; a discharging pipe is connected to the unloading pipe; a collecting box is provided below the discharging pipe; the anti-blocking mechanism is provided in the unloading pipe; the anti-blocking mechanism comprises an auger; an air cylinder is provided on one side of the auger; a plurality of fixing rods are connected between the air cylinder and the unloading pipe; a piston rod is connected onto the air cylinder; the driving mechanism is disposed on the unloading pipe; the driving mechanism comprises a motor; one side of the motor is provided with a transmission belt; a transmission rod is connected to the motor; the other end of the transmission rod is connected to an upper transmission wheel. In the present invention, by means of configurations of corresponding mechanisms of the discharging device for a food cutter, the discharging device has an anti-blocking function, thereby reducing the probability of blocking, improving the working efficiency of the food cutter, and improving the overall effectiveness of the industrial kitchen.
