Abstract:
A folding board cover machine, comprising a side edge wrapping mechanism and an upper and lower edge wrapping mechanism. The side edge wrapping mechanism comprises a first feeding device (2), a side edge wrapping device (3), and a second feeding device (4); the upper and lower edge wrapping mechanism comprises a vertical lifting/lowering board (30), upper edge wrapping devices (31), and a lower edge wrapping device (32); and paperboard conveying and side edge wrapping are combined, the side edge wrapping device (3) works in conjunction with the first feeding device (2) and the second feeding device (4), the first feeding device (2) conveys a paperboard with surface paper attached to the bottom thereof into the side edge wrapping device (3) to perform side edge wrapping on the left and right sides, and the second feeding device (4) then conveys a material subjected to side edge wrapping on the left and right sides to subsequent processes. The efficiency is higher, and the structure is reasonable. The second feeding device (4) of the side edge wrapping device (3) of the upper and lower edge wrapping mechanism is connected to and works in conjunction with the vertical lifting/lowering board (30) of the upper and lower edge wrapping mechanism, and under the condition that the vertical lifting/lowering board (30) serves as a bearing board and works in conjunction with the upper edge wrapping devices (31) for edge wrapping, the vertical lifting/lowering board (30) is used to cooperatively perform material conveying in the edge wrapping process, and the operation is more stable.
