Abstract:
Provided is a fluid treatment device capable of achieving efficient progress of the ultraviolet irradiation of fluid to be treated. The fluid treatment device comprises an inner pipe, an outer pipe provided so as to surround the inner pipe, an electric discharge space obtained by filling a space sandwiched between the inner pipe and the outer pipe with an electric discharge gas, a first electrode and a second electrode for applying voltage to the electric discharge space, and a flow path which is provided inside the inner pipe and through which the fluid to be treated communicates. The flow path has a fluid control portion that guides the fluid to be treated so as to approach the inner peripheral wall of the inner pipe.
