Abstract:
A fluff removing and leveling device for medical protective clothing fabric production, the device comprising a base and a housing arranged on the base, wherein a feed port is provided in one side of the housing; a discharge port is provided in the other side of the housing; the feed port and the discharge port are positioned on the same horizontal plane; a dust collection box is arranged at the top of the housing; a plurality of extraction fans are mounted at the top of the dust collection box; the interior of the housing is hollow; a plurality of guide rollers are mounted in the housing; an upper leveling roller and a lower leveling roller are arranged in the middle of the housing; the upper leveling roller is a porous roller; a dust collection head and a cleaning assembly are arranged in the housing; a connection pipe is arranged on the dust collection head; the hollow portion is provided with a guide pipe sliding vertically; the connection pipe is connected to the dust collection box in a communicating manner; a sliding groove, which is recessed inward, is provided in the inner wall of the connection pipe; and sliding blocks are respectively arranged on a left side and a right side of the guide pipe. By means of the present utility model, fluff which is adhered to fabric can be better removed by means of two fluff removal steps, such that the fluff can be prevented from returning to the fabric, making use more convenient.
