A flow distribution-type blade cam combination pump, comprising a box body (1), bearings (2), a bearing end cover (3), a bearing through cover (4), a rotating main shaft (5), a cam (6), rotating blades (7), and a rotating blade upper through cover (8), a liquid inlet pipeline (9), a liquid supply pipeline (10), a liquid discharge pipeline (11), a hydraulic cylinder (12), a piston (13), a piston rod (14), a piston rod shaft end pulley (15), a motor (16) and a coupling (17); and the rotating blades (7) pressurize, by rotating, a liquid fed into the hydraulic cylinder (12).
