The present invention has a heating unit that heats a fluid being measured, and a temperature detection unit that detects the temperature of the fluid being measured. The flow amount of the fluid being measured that flows through a main flow path is corrected on the basis of the tendency for a detection value obtained by the temperature detection unit to change over time.
