Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a floating structure that can be configured to be capable of being easily extended horizontally and to be capable of easily obtaining buoyancy enabling loading a heavy object. A floating structure 10 comprises a plurality of blocks and can float on a water surface WL by buoyancy, wherein the plurality of blocks include first blocks 11, second blocks 11, and floating blocks 12a (12b), a first portion of the floating blocks 12a (12b) are positioned vertically below a portion of the first blocks 11 such that relative movement of the first portion is restricted, and a second portion of the floating blocks 12a (12b) are positioned vertically below a portion of the first blocks 11 and the second blocks 11 arranged adjacent in the horizontal direction such that relative movement of the second portion is restricted, thereby integrating the plurality of blocks in a state in which the first blocks 11 and the second blocks 11 are not directly secured to one another.
